SERIE.\r\nCon la Rilevazione Continua delle Forze di lavoro (RCFL) del 2021, l'ISTAT ha introdotto diverse innovazioni soprattutto nella definizione dello status di occupato, in base al Regolamento (UE) 2019/1700 del Parlamento Europeo e del Consiglio, in vigore dal 1\u00b0 gennaio 2021.  \r\nIn base alla nuova rilevazione si intendono occupate:\r\na.\tpersone che, durante la settimana di riferimento, hanno lavorato per almeno un\u2019ora a fini di retribuzione o di profitto, compresi i coadiuvanti familiari non retribuiti;\r\nb.\tpersone che, durante la settimana di riferimento, sono temporaneamente assenti dal lavoro perch\u00e9 in ferie, con orario flessibile (part time verticale, recupero ore, etc.), in malattia, in maternit\u00e0/paternit\u00e0 obbligatoria, in formazione professionale retribuita dal datore di lavoro;\r\nc.\tpersone in congedo parentale, che ricevono e/o hanno diritto a un reddito o a prestazioni legate al lavoro, indipendentemente dalla durata dell\u2019assenza;\r\nd.\tlavoratori stagionali che durante la bassa stagione continuano a svolgere regolarmente mansioni e compiti necessari al proseguimento dell\u2019attivit\u00e0, escluso l\u2019adempimento di obblighi legali o amministrativi;\r\ne.\tpersone temporaneamente assenti per altri motivi in tutti i casi in cui la durata prevista dell\u2019assenza \u00e8 pari o inferiore a
